Meet Our Faculty

Shaykh Dr. Mohammad Omar Hussaini

Shaykh Dr. Mohammad Omar Hussaini is a respected Islamic scholar in the Tampa community. He holds degrees in Shari’ah studies and Medicine and is currently Director of Molecular Hematopathology at the Moffitt Cancer Center.

Shaykh Kamaluddin Ahmed

Shaykh Kamaluddin Ahmed is an Islamic scholar and university academic who has taught and held research positions at several leading universities. He is currently a researcher at a nonprofit and is completing a PhD in Islamic Intellectual History.

Shaykh Dr. Mohammed Ali Ismail

Shaykh Dr. Mohammed Ali Ismail Studied under various teachers and completed his Alimiyyah studies at Jamia Falah Darayn and Quranic Guidance. He currently works as an Abdominal Radiologist and will be teaching for Kufah this Fall.

Shaykh Yousuf Ghouse

Shaykh Yousuf Ghouse completed his Alimiyyah program at Darul Uloom Zakariyya and holds a degree in Mathematics from UIC. He oversees Brighter Futures and teaches at DarusSalam Seminary.
